UPSC Latest Bharti 2023 संघ लोकसेवा आयोग ISO ज्याला सामान्यतः UPSC असे संक्षेपित केले जाते, ही भारत सरकारच्या अंतर्गत सर्व गट ‘A’ अधिकाऱ्यांच्या भरतीसाठी भारतातील प्रमुख केंद्रीय भरती संस्था आहे. केंद्रीय सार्वजनिक क्षेत्रातील उपक्रम आणि केंद्रीय स्वायत्त संस्थांचा समावेश असलेल्या अनेक केंद्र सरकारच्या आस्थापनांच्या गट ‘अ’ पदांसाठी नियुक्ती आणि परीक्षांसाठी हे जबाबदार आहे. तर कार्मिक आणि प्रशिक्षण विभाग ही भारतातील केंद्रीय कर्मचारी संस्था आहे.

3. भरतीची निवड प्रक्रिया :- UPSC Latest Bharti 2023 या भरतीसाठी सर्वात पहिले मुख्य परीक्षा घेतली जाते. जे उमेदवार मुख्य परीक्षे मध्ये पास झाले आहेत. त्यांना पुढच्या स्टेप साठी म्हणजे interview साठी बोलावले जाते. आणि नंतर जे उमेदवार मुख्य परीक्षा आणि interview पास झालेत त्यांना कागद पडताळणी आणि वैधयकीय चाचणीसाठी बोलावले जाते.
ऑनलाइन अर्ज कसा करावा.
1) उमेदवारांनी http://www.upsconline.nic.in या वेबसाइटद्वारे ऑनलाइन अर्ज करणे आवश्यक आहे.
इतर कोणत्याही पद्धतीद्वारे प्राप्त झालेले अर्ज स्वीकारले जाणार नाहीत आणि थोडक्यात नाकारले जाणार नाहीत.
2) उमेदवारांनी केलेल्या सर्व दाव्यांच्या समर्थनार्थ कागदपत्रे/प्रमाणपत्रे अपलोड करणे आवश्यक आहे.
ते अर्जात जसे की, जन्मतारीख, अनुभव (शक्यतो विहित नमुन्यात), इष्ट
पात्रता(ने) इत्यादी किंवा इतर कोणतीही माहिती, प्रत्येक दाव्याच्या विरुद्ध स्वतंत्रपणे pdf फाइलमध्ये अशा
फाईलचा आकार संबंधित उपरोक्त मॉड्यूल्ससाठी 1 MB आणि 2 MB पेक्षा जास्त नसावा
“अन्य दस्तऐवज अपलोड करा” मॉड्यूल आणि प्रिंटआउट घेतल्यावर सुवाच्य आहे. त्यासाठी
उद्देश, अर्जदार 200 dpi ग्रे स्केलमध्ये कागदपत्रे/प्रमाणपत्रे स्कॅन करू शकतो. कागदपत्रे
पे स्लिप, रेझ्युमे, अपॉइंटमेंट लेटर, रिलीव्हिंग लेटर, स्वाक्षरी नसलेले अनुभव प्रमाणपत्र
इ. दस्तऐवज अपलोड मॉड्यूलमध्ये अपलोड करू नये:-
3) मॅट्रिक / दहावी इयत्ता किंवा समतुल्य प्रमाणपत्र जन्मतारीख किंवा गुणपत्रिका
मॅट्रिक/10वी इयत्ता किंवा समतुल्य केंद्रीय/राज्य मंडळाने जारी केलेली तारीख दर्शवते
वयाच्या दाव्याच्या समर्थनार्थ जन्म. प्रमाणपत्र/गुणपत्रिकेत जन्मतारीख उपलब्ध नसल्यास,
संबंधित शैक्षणिक मंडळांनी जारी केलेले, जन्मतारीख दर्शविणारे शाळा सोडल्याचे प्रमाणपत्र (मध्ये
तामिळनाडू आणि केरळचे प्रकरण).
ब) दावा केलेल्या शैक्षणिक पात्रतेचा पुरावा म्हणून पदवी/पदविका प्रमाणपत्र. च्या अनुपस्थितीत
पदवी/पदविका प्रमाणपत्र, तात्पुरते प्रमाणपत्र आणि सर्व संबंधित गुणपत्रिका
शैक्षणिक वर्षे.
c) दावा केलेल्या समतुल्य शैक्षणिक पात्रतेच्या संदर्भात आदेश/पत्र, जे सूचित करते
प्राधिकरण (संख्या आणि तारखेसह) ज्याच्या अंतर्गत समानतेच्या संदर्भात असे मानले गेले आहे
अत्यावश्यक पात्रतेमधील कलम, जर उमेदवार एखाद्या विशिष्ट पात्रतेचा दावा करत असेल
जाहिरातीच्या आवश्यकतेनुसार समतुल्य पात्रता.
d) च्या प्रमुखांकडून विहित प्रोफॉर्मामध्ये प्रमाणपत्र(ले)
दावा केलेल्या संपूर्ण अनुभवासाठी संस्था/विभाग, कालावधी स्पष्टपणे नमूद करतात
मूळ वेतन आणि एकत्रित वेतन दर्शविणारा रोजगार (तारीख, महिना आणि वर्ष). द
प्रमाणपत्र(ने) मध्ये प्राप्त केलेल्या कर्तव्यांचे/अनुभवाचे स्वरूप देखील नमूद केले पाहिजे

e) SC/ST/OBC म्हणून आरक्षणाची मागणी करणाऱ्या उमेदवाराचे जात प्रमाणपत्र, विहित केलेले
उमेदवाराची जात, कायदा/ आदेश स्पष्टपणे दर्शविणारा सक्षम प्राधिकार्‍यांचा प्रोफॉर्मा
ज्या अंतर्गत जात SC/ST/OBC म्हणून ओळखली जाते आणि उमेदवार गाव/शहर आहे
सामान्यतः एक रहिवासी.
f) ओबीसी म्हणून आरक्षणाची मागणी करणाऱ्या उमेदवाराची विहित नमुन्यातील घोषणा, ती
समुदायाव्यतिरिक्त, तो/ती निर्णायक तारखेला क्रीमी लेयरशी संबंधित नाही
प्रमाणपत्र (ओबीसी). अन्यथा निर्दिष्ट केल्याशिवाय, ऑनलाइन पावतीची विहित शेवटची तारीख
पदासाठी भरती अर्ज निर्णायक तारीख मानला जाईल.
g) सक्षम प्राधिकाऱ्याने जारी केलेल्या विहित प्रोफॉर्मामध्ये अपंगत्वाचे प्रमाणपत्र
बेंचमार्क अपंग व्यक्ती (PwBD) या आधारावर या पदावर नियुक्तीसाठी पात्र आहेत
वैद्यकीय फिटनेसचे विहित मानक. चे प्रमाणपत्र जारी करण्यासाठी सक्षम प्राधिकारी
अपंगत्व हे केंद्र किंवा राज्य सरकारने रीतसर स्थापन केलेले वैद्यकीय मंडळ असेल. द
केंद्र/राज्य सरकार किमान तीन सदस्य असलेले वैद्यकीय मंडळ(चे) स्थापन करू शकते
त्यापैकी किमान एक लोकोमोटरचे मूल्यांकन करण्यासाठी विशिष्ट क्षेत्रातील तज्ञ असावा/
सेरेब्रल / व्हिज्युअल / श्रवण अक्षमता, जसे की केस असेल.
h) केलेल्या इतर कोणत्याही दाव्यासाठी कागदोपत्री आधार.
4. परीक्षेचे प्रवेश पत्र :-
पात्र उमेदवारांना प्राथमिक परीक्षेचे प्रवेशपत्र अधिकृत वेबसाइटवर दिले जाते. परीक्षेला बसण्यासाठी उमेदवारांनी प्रवेशपत्राची प्रिंटआउट डाउनलोड करून घेणे आवश्यक आहे.
5. परीक्षेचा निकल :-
प्राथमिक परीक्षा आणि मुख्य परीक्षेचे निकाल सामान्यतः अधिकृत वेबसाइटवर घोषित केले जातात आणि परीक्षा आणि मुलाखत उत्तीर्ण झालेल्या उमेदवारांना कागदपत्र पडताळणी आणि वैद्यकीय तपासणीसाठी बोलावले जाते.

The Union Public Service Commission commonly abbreviated as UPSC, is India’s premier central recruitment agency for recruitment of all the Group ‘A’ officers under Government of India. It is responsible for appointments to and examinations for the Group ‘A’ posts of several central government establishments which also includes the central public sector undertakings and the central autonomous bodies. While Department of Personnel and Training is the central personnel agency in India.
The agency’s charter is granted by Part XIV of the Constitution of India, titled as Services Under the Union and the States. The commission is mandated by the Constitution for appointments to the services of the Union and All India Services. It is also required to be consulted by the Government in matters relating to the appointment, transfer, promotion and disciplinary matters. The commission reports directly to the President and can advise the Government through him. Although, such advice is not binding on the Government. Being a constitutional authority, UPSC is amongst the few institutions which function with both autonomy and freedom, along with the country’s higher judiciary and lately the Election Commission.
The commission is headquartered at Dholpur House, in New Delhi and functions through its own secretariat. Dr. Manoj Soni has been the Chairman of UPSC since 5 April 2022. Established on 1 October 1926 as Public Service Commission, it was later reconstituted as Federal Public Service Commission by the Government of India Act 1935; only to be renamed as today’s Union Public Service Commission after the independence.
2. Online Application Process :-
How To Apply Online :-
1) Candidates must apply online through the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in. Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted and summarily rejected.
2) Candidates must upload the documents/certificates in support of all the claims made by them in the application like, Date of Birth, Experience (preferably in prescribed format), Desirable Qualification(s) etc. or any other information, separately against each claim in pdf file in such a way that the file size does not exceed 1 MB for the respective aforesaid modules and 2 MB for the “UPLOAD OTHER DOCUMENT” module and is legible when a printout taken. For that purpose, the applicant may scan the documents/certificates in 200 dpi grey scale. Documents like Pay Slip, Resume, Appointment Letter, Relieving Letter, Un-signed Experience Certificate etc. must not be uploaded in the Document Upload Module:-
3) Matriculation/10th Standard or equivalent certificate indicating date of birth, or mark sheet of Matriculation/10th Standard or equivalent issued by Central/State Board indicating Date of Birth in support of claim of age. Where date of birth is not available in certificate/mark sheets, issued by concerned Educational Boards, School leaving certificate indicating Date of Birth (in case of Tamil Nadu& Kerala).
4) Degree/Diploma certificate as proof of educational qualification claimed. In the absence of Degree/Diploma certificate, provisional certificate along with mark sheets pertaining to all the academic years.
5) Order/ letter in respect of equivalent Educational Qualifications claimed, indicating the Authority (with number and date) under which it has been so treated, in respect of equivalent clause in Essential Qualifications, if a candidate is claiming a particular qualification as equivalent qualification as per the requirement of advertisement.
6) Certificate(s) in the prescribed proforma from the Head(s) of Organization(s)/Department(s) for the entire experience claimed, clearly mentioning the duration of employment (date, month & year) indicating the basic pay and consolidated pay. The certificate(s) should also mention the nature of duties performed/experience obtained in the post(s) with duration(s). Experience Certificate should be issued in prescribed format relevant to the post. Experience certificate not in prescribed proforma but containing all the details as mentioned above would be considered on merits by the Commission.
7) Caste certificate by candidate seeking reservation as SC/ ST/ OBC, in the prescribed proforma from the competent authority indicating clearly the candidate’s Caste, the Act/ Order under which the Caste is recognized as SC/ ST/ OBC and the village/ town the candidate is ordinarily a resident of.
8) A declaration in the prescribed format by candidate seeking reservation as OBC, that he/she does not belong to the creamy layer on the crucial date, in addition to the community certificate (OBC). Unless specified otherwise, the prescribed closing date for receipt of OnlineRecruitment Application for the post is to be treated as crucial date.
9) Certificate of Disability in prescribed proforma issued by the competent authority to Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) eligible for appointment to the post on the basis of prescribed standards of Medical Fitness. The Competent Authority to issue Certificate of Disability shall be a Medical Board duly constituted by the Central or a State Government. The Central/ State Government may constitute Medical Board(s) consisting of at least three members out of which at least one shall be a specialist in the particular field for assessing Locomotor/Cerebral/Visual/Hearing disability, as the case may be. Documentary support for any other claim(s) made.
3. Hall Ticket :- UPSC Latest Bharti 2023 The admit card for the preliminary examination is issued to eligible candidates on the official website. Candidates must download and take a printout of the admit card to appear for the examination.
4. Results :- UPSC Latest Bharti 2023 The results of the preliminary examination and main examination are generally declared on the official website, and candidates who clear the examination and interview are called for document verification and medical examination.
