- वैज्ञानिक संस्कृतीने नटलेला देश निर्माण करणे हे जवाहरलाल नेहरूंचे स्वप्न होते आणि स्वातंत्र्यानंतर लगेचच त्यांनी ते साध्य करण्यासाठी एक भव्य रचना तयार केली. त्यांनी डिझाइन केलेल्या आधुनिक भारतातील मंदिरांपैकी वैद्यकीय शास्त्रातील उत्कृष्टतेचे केंद्र होते. नेहरूंचे स्वप्न होते की अशा केंद्रामुळे आग्नेय आशियातील वैद्यकीय शिक्षण आणि संशोधनाची गती वाढेल आणि यासाठी त्यांना त्यांच्या आरोग्य मंत्री राजकुमारी अमृत कौर यांचा मनापासून पाठिंबा होता.
- भारतीय नागरी सेवक सर जोसेफ भोरे यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखालील आरोग्य सर्वेक्षण आणि विकास समितीने 1946 मध्ये आधीच राष्ट्रीय वैद्यकीय केंद्राची स्थापना करण्याची शिफारस केली होती जी देशाच्या विस्तारत असलेल्या आरोग्य सेवा उपक्रमांवर लक्ष ठेवण्यासाठी उच्च पात्र मनुष्यबळाची गरज पूर्ण करण्यावर लक्ष केंद्रित करेल. . नेहरू आणि अमृत कौर यांची स्वप्ने आणि भोर समितीच्या शिफारशी एकत्र येऊन न्यूझीलंड सरकारला अनुकूल असा प्रस्ताव तयार झाला. कोलंबो योजनेअंतर्गत न्यूझीलंडच्या उदार अनुदानामुळे 1952 मध्ये ऑल इंडिया इन्स्टिट्यूट ऑफ मेडिकल सायन्सेस (AIIMS) ची पायाभरणी करणे शक्य झाले. AIIMS अखेर 1956 मध्ये संसदेच्या कायद्याद्वारे स्वायत्त संस्था म्हणून निर्माण करण्यात आली. आरोग्य सेवेच्या सर्व पैलूंमध्ये उत्कृष्टतेचे पालनपोषण करण्यासाठी केंद्रक म्हणून काम करते.

1. Introduction :-
Creating a country imbued with a scientific culture was Jawaharlal Nehru’s dream, and immediately after independence he prepared a grand design to achieve it. Among the temples of modern India which he designed, was a centre of excellence in the medical sciences. Nehru’s dream was that such a centre would set the pace for medical education and research in Southeast Asia , and in this he had the wholehearted support of his Health Minister, Rajkumari Amrit Kaur.
The health survey and development committee ,chaired by Sir Joseph Bhore, an Indian Civil Servant ,had in 1946 already recommended the establishment of a national medical centre which would concentrate on meeting the need for highly qualified manpower to look after the nation’s expanding health care activities . The dreams of Nehru and Amrit Kaur and the recommendations of the Bhore Committee converged to create a proposal which found favor with the government of New Zealand. A generous grant from New Zealand under the Colombo Plan made it possible to lay the foundation stone of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in 1952.The AIIMS was finally created in 1956,as an autonomous institution through an Act of Parliament ,to serve as a nucleus for nurturing excellence in all aspect of health care.
All-India Institute of Medical Sciences was established as an institution of national importance by an Act of Parliament with the objects to develop patterns of teaching in Undergraduate and Post-graduate Medical Education in all its branches so as to demonstrate a high standard of Medical Education in India; to bring together in one place educational facilities of the highest order for the training of personnel in all important branches of health activity; and to attain self-sufficiency in Post-graduate Medical Education.
The Institute has comprehensive facilities for teaching, research and patient-care. As provided in the Act, AIIMS conducts teaching programs in medical and para-medical courses both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and awards its own degrees. Teaching and research are conducted in 42 disciplines. In the field of medical research AIIMS is the lead, having more than 600 research publications by its faculty and researchers in a year. AIIMS also runs a College of Nursing and trains students for B.Sc.(Hons.) Nursing post-certificate) degrees.
Twenty-five clinical departments including four super specialty centers manage practically all types of disease conditions with support from pre- and Para-clinical departments. However, burn cases, dog-bite cases and patients suffering from infectious diseases are not entertained in the AIIMS Hospital. AIIMS also manages a 60-beded hospital in the Comprehensive Rural Health Centre at Ballabgarh in Haryana and provides health cover to about 2.5 lakh population through the Centre for Community Medicine.
2. General Condition & Online Application Process :-
- The posts carry the usual allowance as admissible to Central Government Servants of
- similar status stationed at respective cities of respective Institutes/Hospitals.
- The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respect can submit their
application only through ON-LINE mode. The Online applications can be done through
the website www.aiimsexams.ac.in from 12.04.2023 to 05.05.2023 up to 5:00 P.M. No
documents, including the Registration Slip of the online application form, are required to
be sent in Physical form. However, all the applicants are advised to keep a copy of the
registration slips with them, along with proof of payment, for their records. Correction
in registration will not be considered through any mode i.e. Email/letter. Hence
candidates are advised to fill their registration form carefully as no correction will be
allowed after specified dates as per the procedure. - Correction/edit of Registration: For candidates requiring correction in Registration &
Basic candidate information OR Completion of application form, the edit panel will be
available from 06.05.2023 to 08.05.2023 only after closing of online registration. It may
kindly be noted that the editing shall be done only by the candidate. The candidate will
be responsible for all corrections. No corrections are allowed after the allowed period of
editing i.e.08.05.2023 by 05:00 pm. Applicants may note that further correspondence
will NOT be entertained in this regard. Categories from SC/ST to UR/OBC/EWS cannot be
corrected once registration fees are submitted. Candidature will be cancelled in case
found incorrect information at any stage of recruitment. The edit window is not an
extension of the date, and the last date of online registration as published shall be
treated as the last/closing date for all recruitment purposes under this NORCET unless
explicitly mentioned for any requirement for the conduct of NORCET. - The On-line portal for application will be closed by 05:00 PM on 05.05.2023. The
candidature of applicants who fail to complete the online application by the stipulated
date and time will not be considered and rejected. No correspondence in this regard will
be entertained. However, those who have paid the examination fee by the closing date
may be allowed to edit during the opening of the edit panel. - Those applying in response to this advertisement should satisfy themselves regarding
their eligibility for the post applied for. They must fulfil all the eligibility criteria as of the
closing date of online submission of applications, failing which their application will be
summarily rejected. Required educational qualification/ experience should be
completed on or before the last date of the online submission of the application. In the
case of educational qualification, the candidate should have completed the residency
period for the desired educational qualification, including internship, on or before the
last date of online application submission. Likewise, the candidate must have completed
the duration of desired experience on or before the cut-off date, i.e. last date of
submission of the online application .Recruitment Rules of respective AIIMS/Institute
will be applicable for selection and based on merit as per NORCET Score. - The candidate must ensure that images of the photo, signature and thumb impression
should be as per the guidelines mentioned in the ‘Upload Image Instructions’ given in
the General links and are visible clearly in the preview at the time of filling out an
application in online mode. If the photo/signature/thumb impression image is not as
per instructions given in the ‘Upload Image Instructions’ in that case, your application
will be rejected. Due diligence and care should be taken while uploading images of
photo, signature and thumb impression.
3. Hall Ticket :- AIIMS Bharti 2023 The admit card for the written test is issued to eligible candidates on the official website. Candidates must download and take a printout of the admit card to appear for the examination.
4. Results :- AIIMS Bharti 2023 The results of the written test and interview are generally declared on the official website, and candidates who clear the examination and interview are called for document verification and medical examination.
