2. भरतीची निवड प्रक्रिया :-
या पदांसाठी निवड प्रक्रिया ही परीक्षेत मिळालेल्या गुणांवर आधारित असेल. उमेदवारांनी लेखी परीक्षेत मिळवलेल्या गुणांच्या आधारे अंतिम गुणवत्ता यादी जनरल/SC/ST/OBC/PwD या श्रेणीनुसार तयार केली जाईल. अर्ज केलेल्या ट्रेडवर अवलंबून जून 2023 च्या 1ल्या आठवड्यात लेखी परीक्षा घेतली जाईल.
3. अर्ज कसा करायचा :-
1) जे उमेदवार या पदांसाठी पात्र आहेत त्यांनी अर्ज हा DRDO ARDE च्या Official Website द्वारे ऑनलाइन पद्धतीने करायचा. अर्ज करण्यासाठी दुसरे कोणतेही माध्यम नाही.
2) ऑनलाइन अर्ज करण्यापूर्वी उमेदवारांनी वर दिलेली DRDO ARDE ची मुळ जाहिरात काळजीपूर्वक वाचावी अर्ज हा दोन पद्धतीने करायचं आहे खाली क्र 3 आणि 4 पहा.
3) आता जर तुम्ही या आधी जर तुमचे यांच्या website login असेल तर तुम्ही सर्वात आधी login करून घ्यायचे आहे. त्या नंतर Click Establishment Request Menu या वर क्लिक करायचे आहे. नंतर Click Find Establishment वर क्लिक कारीचे आहे आणि त्या नंतर तुमचा बयोडेटा म्हणजे Resume upload करायचं आहे. नंतर तुमचे Document upload करायचे आहेत.
आणि नंतर Choose Establishment name आणि तिथे Type “ARMAMENT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ESTABLISHMENT” or “WMHPUC000042” and search हे सर्च करून Click Apply या वर क्लिक करून फॉर्म सबमिट करायचं आहे.
4) आत्ता जर तुम्ही ह्या आधी कधीच फॉर्म भरला नसेल म्हणजे तुमचे Login नसेल तर तुम्हाला सर्वात आधी Click Enroll वर click करून application फॉर्म भरायचा आहे. आणि त्या नंतर तुमच्या साठी एक enrollment number generate होईल. (नावनोंदणी पडताळणी आणि मान्यता या साठी कृपया किमान एक दिवस प्रतीक्षा करा. यानंतर विद्यार्थी Step 2 वर जाऊ शकतो.)
त्या नंतर Click Establishment Request Menu या वर क्लिक करायचे आहे. नंतर Click Find Establishment वर क्लिक कारीचे आहे आणि त्या नंतर तुमचा बयोडेटा म्हणजे Resume upload करायचं आहे. नंतर तुमचे Document upload करायचे आहेत.
आणि नंतर Choose Establishment name आणि तिथे Type “ARMAMENT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ESTABLISHMENT” or “WMHPUC000042” and search हे सर्च करून Click Apply या वर क्लिक करून फॉर्म सबमिट करायचं आहे.
5) ही सर्व माहिती भरूंन झाल्यानंतर सर्व माहिती एकदा काळजीपूर्वक पहावी कारण काही चूक असेल तर तुम्हाला ती edit करता येईल एकदा तुम्ही अर्ज submit केला की तुम्हाला कोणतीही माहिती edit करता येणार नाही आणि document पडताळणी करताना जर चुकीची माहिती असेल तर अर्ज नाकारण्यात येईल. नंतर अर्जाची Print Out काढणे आवश्यक आहे.
4. परीक्षेचे प्रवेश पत्र :-
ज्या उमेदवारांची निवड केली असेल त्यानांच या परीक्षेसाठी Admit Card हे DRDO ARDE यांच्या Official Website वर अपलोड करण्यात येईल. ज्या उमेदवारांनी या पदांसाठी अर्ज केला असेल त्यांना SMS व Email ID वर सूचित केले जाते. Admit Card अपलोड झाल्यानंतर उमेदवाराने त्याची प्रिंट काढणे आवश्यक आहे. ज्या उमेदवाराकडे Admit Card ची प्रिंट नसेल त्याला परीक्षेला बसता येणार नाही.
5. परीक्षेचा निकल :-
उमेदवार सर्व स्टेप मध्ये पास झाले आहेत त्यांचा निकाल Result (Finel Merit List) हा DRDO ARDE यांच्या Official Website वर अपलोड करण्यात येईल.

Must have First Class Engineering Degree in Computer/Aero/Electrical/Mechanical/ Electronics & Telecommunication/Metallurgy/Production/Instrumentation and [SC/ST/PwD:50% Marks].
2 Diploma Apprentice
Must have First Class Engineering Diploma in Computer/Aero/Electrical/Mechanical/ Electronics & Telecommunication/Metallurgy/Production/Instrumentation and [SC/ST/PwD:50% Marks].
Selection will be based on the marks obtained in the respective discipline qualifying examination. The final merit list would be prepared according to categories General/ SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the written examination. Written examination will be conducted during 1st week of June 2023 depending on the trade applied.
2. How to Apply Online for DRDO ARDE Recruitment 2023 :-
1) Candidates who are eligible for these posts should apply online through Official Website of DRDO ARDE. There is no other medium to apply.
2) Candidates should carefully read the original advertisement of DRDO ARDE given above before applying online Application is to be done in two ways see no 3 and 4 below.
3) Now if you have a website login before this, then you have to login first. After that you have to click on Click Establishment Request Menu. Then click on Find Establishment and after that you have to upload your resume. Then you want to upload your document.
And then Choose Establishment name and there Type “ARMAMENT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ESTABLISHMENT” or “WMHPUC000042” and search and click Apply and submit the form.
4) Now if you have never filled the form before that means you don’t have Login then you have to click on Click Enroll and fill the application form first. And after that an enrollment number will be generated for you. (Please wait atleast one day for enrollment verification and approval. After this student can proceed to Step 2.)
After that you have to click on Click Establishment Request Menu. Then click on Find Establishment and after that you have to upload your resume. Then you want to upload your document.
And then Choose Establishment name and there Type “ARMAMENT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ESTABLISHMENT” or “WMHPUC000042” and search and click Apply and submit the form.
5) After filling all this information, check all the information carefully because if there is any mistake, you can edit it. Once you submit the application, you cannot edit any information and if there is wrong information during document verification, the application will be rejected. Then the print out of the application must be taken.
3. Admit Card :-
The Admit Card for this exam will be uploaded on the official website of DRDO ARDE for those candidates who have been selected. Candidates who have applied for these posts are notified on SMS and Email ID. After uploading the Admit Card, the candidate must take a print of it. A candidate who does not have the printout of Admit Card will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
4. Results (Finel Merit List) :-
Candidates who have passed all the steps, their Result (Final Merit List) will be uploaded on the official website of DRDO ARDE.
